"The pool was not available which was not good. Sounds like it has been closed since COVID. The place needs to be remodeled. Got my final bill and I have a Destination fee of 30.00 each day even though the reservation was paid in full a month and a half ago. We were told we would receive a 10.00 credit if we charged our meal to our room at the restaurant in the hotel. There was not a credit applied to my final bill. "

"The hotel is stunning. We were upgraded to a corner suite with all glass views if the skyline - an unexpected “gift” and greeted with sparkling wine as we entered the hotel. Staff were wonderfully friendly throughout and accommodating. We also had a lovely Italian meal at Scampo, and breakfast at Clink. When we forgot our phone in the car, the valet assistant went to retrieve it and brought it to us at dinner!"

"Everyone was super friendly, helped with recommendations and service was excellent. It’s right by the subway station but there’s lots of walkable things to do. Hotel is clean, drink and food are very good as well. We were there for 4 days and definitely couldn’t fit everything in… we will be back! "
