"The property is very new. I would have given it 5 stars but the shades collect dust and releases it when opening them up for light or closing them at night to rest. That kept me sneezing otherwise the room layout was amazing. I loved the dressing area between the bed and the bathroom. Perfect for toiletries/make/up or laying out the fit for the day. Lots of food options and things to do nearby to kill time if needed. Easy ride to DT Toronto or Niagra. Square Mall is a very short drive with tons of food choices and an indoor gaming space. Staff was friendly as well. "
"It was a very comfortable stay. I like how the staff had the initiative to check on me and asked me if my room needs cleaning. Location wise it is close to airport but a bit of a walk to bus stop. The rooms amenities were also complete with the microwave, TV, towels, flat iron,hair dryer, coffee maker and vault safe.
Just a few improvements - aircon was a bit noisy and crancky. I also hope there are room slippers and a bathroom matt to dry off the floors.
But all in all it was a very very excellent stay."
"I found that there was just a bad smell in the hallways. The bathroom tub and tile caulking was in very poor condition. I just feel that they need to step it up a level if they want their clientele to continue I stayed in the Sandman hotel right across the street the night before And there is not that much of a price difference but there’s a huge quality difference"
