"The Hotel grounds are stunning and there is a gorgeous view across Robin Hoods Bay. The room we stayed in was dog friendly but a bit dated although it was nice and clean. The mattress was a bit soft for our liking but the rest of the room was fine for a one night stay. The walks you can do from the hotel are amazing so loved the location. "

"Very fast check in, great attention to detail, the staff were spot on at breakfast time. "

"Clean spacious room with a great view of the beach, sea and castle. Walking to the busy front is about 30/40 mins if via the coast walk or 10/15 minutes if via steep walk through the streets at the rear of the hotel. Friendly helpful staff, a staff member actually ran out of the hotel to put our parking permit in the car to thwart a zealous traffic warden. A decent buffet breakfast with cereal, fruit,toast or cooked full English available. Would stay here again. "
