"I loved the eco-lodge concept for this resort. I also loved getting an upgrade to a penthouse suite with a plunge pool upon arrival! Staff were friendly and food was good. My only complaint is that staff had no adapters for us to charge our devices, and we were also not aware that we would need adapters for our chargers so this was a huge inconvenience.
