"Property is at the top of a hill but does mean you get some stunning views. Was perfect for us as we didn’t leave too much and have to hike up again, there is grocery stores accessible without going down. Kitchen facilities were great, although there was sometimes a queue for the bathroom as showers are not separate. The rooms were great although quite hot as no AC. Communication with staff was great online and we didn’t see very much of them."

"To get to the property only way is to climb 165 long stairs(not regular stairs) and the apartment is on the 4th floor ,no elevator. Imposible to carry any luggage up there, or to go up and down twice a day.and i am a good fitted person and my husband a master diver.The apartment ,initially .i thought there was a dead mice or animal died inside the apartment, till i realised second day that the garbage bin in the washroom was full of feminine tampons, God know for how long had been there.even...

"The owners were very nice and the food was excellent. The room was nice however we were disappointed with the bathroom. We expected a jacuzzi tub, but the jets didn’t work in the tub. There was no shower head, only a hand-held faucet, plus there was no shower enclosure. Made it a challenge to wash without creating a mess all over the bathroom. "

"One of Portofino’s finest hotels. Our private, luxurious, high-ceiling, large room with a balcony overlooking the sea was a total treat. A fairy tale. A short stroll to the bay of Portofino where all the action is on the waterfront. The staff were so friendly and kind, they really took great care of us.
