If you’re hoping for a quiet, relaxing night, just know this area stays active late 🌃. 📍 You’re walking distance to popular spots like the Arches of Lapa and the Selarón Steps 🎨, which is perfect for sightseeing. Breakfast 🍽️ in the mornings is nice, though it can get a little repetitive if you’re staying for a while. The staff was always accommodating and kind 🙌. 🛏️ The room itself was nice and comfortable, but the bathroom 🚽 felt a little dated — the toilet showed some yellowing and could use an upgrade. There were snacks 🍫 and drinks in the room, but they’re pricey 💸. It’s better to grab the same things at a local supermarket 🛒 for way cheaper. 🏊‍♂️ I wish the pool and gym 🏋️‍♀️ stayed open 24 hours (they close at 10 PM ⏰). But with Brazil’s famous beaches 🏖️ like Flamengo, Copacabana, Ipanema, and more nearby, you’ll have plenty of options to enjoy during the day 🌞. "Good location. Walking distance to a few supermarkets. About 2 minutes walk to a really nice beach. On a bus route. Breakfast was a nice selection of hot and cold and opened at 6:00 until 10:00. Be aware the bottled water in the room is not free. Construction meant there were some disruptions. Also, the slow-close doors need to be adjusted to avoid the disruptive slamming that occurs at late and early hours. "
