"The hotel in general is on good condition, the staff was great, they helped us to get the room early as we arrived at 6:30 in the morning, not that early but at least they did help. The room was super clean, small but very confortable. Nacho the guy who welcomed us was super nice , we always saw him helping all the guests, as well as the guy at the main door. Just want to mention two points that go against the hotel, one of them is the front desk area, it needs renovation, also the AC it’s set...

"The staff were helpful and accommodating. The area was very active during the late evening, but it was expected for there are tons of things to do. We absolutely loved our stay at The Hostal Hispano. Highly recommend to any traveler. "

"Very close to the major galleries, as in a few minutes walk. Also close to a beautiful large park, a metro station and a main train station (Atocha). Lots of dining options nearby. Rooms are small but comfortable and well maintained and staff are really friendly and helpful. The area outside is busy but I asked for a room on a higher floor and had no issue with noise overnight. Nice breakfast available too."

"The street to access the hotel is very busy but the inside of hotel was exceptionally quiet. Liked the extra of free coffee/tea, fresh fruit & croissants for breakfast. Bathroom was huge, would be good if there was a separate light for toilet area as whole wall lit up, this is feedback for hotel only. Overall a great place to stay in the city."
