"The location is really good just outside of the Old Town and a few mins walk from Wawel Castle The staff were really lovely and answered all my questions and suggested things to do in the area There was a little lounge room that anyone could use that had books and DVDs to borrow, there were DVD players in the room. I didn’t use it but there was a computer and printer available to use in the lounge too Would highly recommend staying here!"

"This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. We were there for 3 nights and from check-in to check-out everything was flawless. The staff were corteous and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and they had everything you could want or need to set you up for the day.
