I already wrote one review, but because I added two more nights to my stay to really relax in the spa (and you should too) I used their 10 percent off gift to try an incredible package with a bath in an amazing color light bubble tub wand then a chocolate massage by Klaudiusz. Once again, it’s the people that make all the difference! He truly went out of his way to meet my needs of a weary traveler and designed the service just for me. I’m so grateful. I can tell he puts his heart and soul into taking care of people. I hope to bring my family back next year around Christmas. 🎄 But ask for the balcony rooms with the views. I had a little view of the mountains and it was priceless for me. Thank you again Klaudiusz. You made my trip here the best! Can’t wait to come back. My husband will love it!

Incredible people from the warm welcome of Dalota, the amazing service of Ivonka in the restaurant, her son at the front desk, the great massage by Patricia and the wonderful angels cleaning my room!!! Thank you all! I also recommend the incredible pillow service. Try one! This is a genius idea:) The manager is a gem as well.
