"I absolutely LOVED my stay! The hotel service was awesome. I had an issue with my booking and they went above and beyond to resolve it. The room was really lovely. The only downside was that the water had a bad smell and the AC unit made a loud intermittent buzz that was a bit hard to sleep through...but it is a medieval village after all, so there's that to take into consideration. "So t be fooled by the listing of the property ! The picture of the SpA is a separate building different business and the cost is 27euros per day out of pocket . Room service is not provided as they list in the free amenities but u will have to do a deep cleaning of the room including washing the floors 😂before leaving otherwise it will cost you 49 euro, u will be charged for extra towels other wise u are shout out of luck if you have kids. Checking is AFTER 5 pm!!! Yep! The WiFi does not work...

"Interesting but not for everyone. We were looking for a place to spend the night on our way from Rome to Monaco, this place, although only a few miles from the freeway, it is located on a mountain with narrow roads that take almost 40 minutes to drive. The check in is by yourself, there are only 6 rooms and when we got there at 7 pm we were the only people in the whole building. "Beautiful hotel. Our room was magnificent, with a separate seating area, which included a jacuzzi bath. A balcony overlooking the pool and gardens, and overlooked by mountains. If you're a skier it's a 2-min walk to the ski lifts. The service was brilliant, the staff friendly and really helpful to us as non-Italian speakers. Really couldn't fault the hotel at all."

" We have just returned from a girlie weekend away to Menton and I cannot recommend the town or the hotel enough. It's just fabulous. The town is a beautiful mix of old and new, French and Italian. The hotel is clean, modern and spacious and the staff were just fab; nothing was too much trouble. The location is great, just across the road from the beach and promenade and just a few minutes walk from Menton Garavan station which made travelling from Nice airport super simple. We even managed a day in Italy as it is just one stop along the train line. If you're looking for someone along the Cote D'azur to visit, Menton is a must and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Hotel Napoleon for your stay. X"
