"Enjoyed another nice stay. Much better than our last one. Check in was great. Our rooms were ready when we arrived early and were located as close as possible as requested. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful even though the central air was not working in the lobby and hallways. Our executive suite was comfortable. Only small issue was the noisy fridge. The morning buffet was tasty as usual thanks to Michelle. She works very hard making sure all guests are looked after and items are replenished quickly. Definitely the most pleasant and hard working member of your team. Outside areas are looking better with less weeds and long grass. The flower boxes outside the rooms are still disappointing with weeds and dead flowers. Would look better if boxes are just removed from the wrought iron decorations. We will be back again when we book another concert at Rama. "
