"Front desk staff were fantastic- welcoming and helpful providing early access to the room. The hotel is less than 10 years old, the room was very clean, comfortable and offered great amenities.. The bed, linens and pillows in particular, were very comfortable . The location is fantastic- in a very safe area with access to many restaurants, shops, areas of interest and within easy walking distance of both the Robben Island ferry as well as the cruise terminal. Would definitely stay here again."

"incredibly old hotel room - the carpeting definitely needs changing, there was only 1 usable power outlet, the shower drained very slowly and the AC unit made ruckus. the breakfast buffet was good, it's located next to lots of restaurants and the staff was friendly and polite."
