"The couch, carpet and chair in the lounge were filthy. The place also smelled like it was standing closed for months. We kept the door open constantly for fresh air. The bathrooms can also do with extractor fans. Coffee machine missing, as well as docking station, but there was a used (dirty) espresso cup on the counter when we arrived. "Amazing service - great location - dine at Azure at sunset (or cocktails at the Leopard Bar) for an awesome experience. Lulu the courtesy shuttle driver was so friendly and helpful - the shuttle stops every hour at camps bay and V&A Waterfront and makes sure you get picked up at the end of the night. The concierge is also good for organising a driver for excursions. Highly recommended and we will be back "
