A lot of trim and doors are painted black with a million chips. And the whole apartment needs a remodel/refinish. However, the location is spectacular! It is right on an absolutly gorgeous beach! "Me and my family had a good time, easy access within walking distance from the beach and pools. Security onsite the entire time. It was next to a public beach entrance which could be a bit of an inconvenience on a busy season. Not perfect but is a nice place with a great view. "
