"Apartment was as seen in the pictures. Large king size comfy bed, kitchenette, seating area, and out door balcony. Great communication with concierge and easy direction/instructions for check in and accessing the room. Cons: shower has zero water pressure and trickles out. Minimal hot water. The shower/toilet area is extremely small and tight. The cleaning is very surface and I had to sweep the floor upon arrival as the floor was covered with hair, sand, dirt. There was no soap left to clean...

"The property was clean and even had laundry soap which was nice. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsive. Always picked up the phone and texted back quickly. The pictures make it look pool side. It is not but it is less then a block away."

"The elevator not working is a concern. As I tried to move luggage and water bottles from the first floor. It was very difficult. How the service by Claudia was exceptional. She took care of our concerns quickly and effectively. We also found great transportation from Cun airport directly to Casa Sarita reasonably priced and efficient. "

"We were extorted by the property manager. We rented a 2 bedroom place for just 2 of us, then my adult son asked if he & girlfriend could join. Hotels.com said we would have to cancel with no refund & look for a new place. When I told them the place already has 2 bedrooms, they provided the property manager’s info & said we would need to work it out with him. I asked him (Valentin) if we could bring 2 more and if we would have to pay extra. He said it was no problem and no extra money…until we...

"Me and my family had a good time, easy access within walking distance from the beach and pools. Security onsite the entire time. It was next to a public beach entrance which could be a bit of an inconvenience on a busy season. Not perfect but is a nice place with a great view. "

"The property is very clean and the villas was very nice with all the amenities required. The management was very helpful as out AC broke down and they immediately provided us with other room within minutes. Good thing is ,the beach is accessible from the property and nice place to stay . I would definitely recommend if anyone is looking to go to Cancun for a trip or stay"

"We arrived early and were greeted by the staff in a very friendly manner. Service was excellent. At first, the Ac in the room was not working, and they sent a technician right away to fixed the issue. The rooms are a little outdated but the excellent service of the staff more than makes up for it. "

"Great overall hotel! Its more of a mature crowd so don't expect on-site parties and entertainment but they do offer shuttle buses to go to thier other RIU locations close by where they have dancing and better entertainment "

"I loved it! Family friendly, and away from the hustle and bustle-I was traveling with my husband and 1 year old. We chose this because we planned to stay on the resort- this was a 4 night getaway to reset before the holidays. Great food/ restaurants and everyone was nice. The adult and kids pool were perfect my daughter had SO much fun. I enjoyed the wristband key card, and have been raving about it-so smart and convenient. The style and design is modern and sleek, very classy yet the price is attainable. We were happy to celebrate our 1st year of parenting here-and would definitely come back! "
