"The first thing i noticed was a funky smell as soon as i came in the door. Whatever. I quickly got used to it and it was not an issue after that. Staff were great. I loved the ladies at the front desk. They were sweet and helpful with everything i needed.My room had a great balcony overlooking the street. This made it 420 friendly. Otherwise the room was fine. "This was a wonderful experience. From the valet to check out. Now i will warn you it is noisy till 4am. Like a big ass party out side... Because it is!! Any hotel on Bourbon street will be noisy dont complain bring ear plugs. We enjoy the private balcony the room provided. 2104 Room #."

"We picked our stay in New Orleans to be at Chateau Lemoyne because of a prior successful stay. We checked in early and so that may have changed our room, but we were given room #558. There was a hum coming from the bathroom that made the 1st night tough to sleep. We asked to change rooms, and we were given #room 238. "Felt safe even though we were just a block off Bourbon Street. The interior room shutters blocked the noise and light better than expected. The parking situation was excellent with an on site garage that was very secure. Well worth the $50 daily charge. "I have stayed in multiple great hotels in New Orleans, but this was my favorite as far as aesthetic. It’s a combination of mid century modern and industrial and is fun to just explore and check out the details. Staff was super friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay here again!"

"After two previous terrible experiences at hotels for our trip we landed here. Dawn checked us in and was so kind to us. She told us she would take care of us and got us a room on the top floor. The hotel was clean and pleasant. It wasn’t a 5-star luxury, but it was comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast offered variety with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, grits and all the other continental breakfast staples. This place was a sign of relief after the other hotels we left from earlier. The downside was you needed a car to get anywhere from here, which we didn’t have a problem with because we had a rental. This hotel felt safe and all staff were kind and friendly. I would stay here again hands down. "
