"All employees are great"

"Great customer service. Interiors are adequate though do not match the vibe of Palm Springs. Pipe themed lights, towel bars etc do not seem to go with the eclectic mood of Palm Springs. Things were falling off the wall because they were not mounted correctly. Drapes in most units that are visible are frayed a great deal. These comment have more tp do with personal taste, and should not reflect on great value the price point of this hotel has, as well as the location which was great for us since we had a car."

"This was our second stay. We stayed in the suite that has huge bedroom with two king size beds, and living room with kitchenette. Rooms are a little dusty and outdated, but very spacious. Pool area is gorgeous, well maintained and clean. It was the main reason we have returned. Pools never felt too crowded. They have some weird rules about towels (you need to bring towels to the front desk to exchange, and you suppose to use same towels for the pool and in the room). There's a restaurant on site. "
