"Hotel staff were amazing. Very helpful. From the front desk to the restaurant staff! All lovely! The hotel itself is a gem! Small, quiet, beautiful. The rooms were very clean, the bed was heaven! We had complimentary breakfast and it was delicious. The restaurant is a rooftop with a gorgeous view!!! The hotel is walkable to all the touristic areas. It is not in the middle of the crowded areas which I appreciated very much. The only thing to keep in mind is that they have no parking insite....

"They promised a airport shuttle pickup. Never came. They promised a late night check-in 9:00 pm no luck. When I arrived at 10:00 pm the front doors were locked. I rang the bell for 10 minutes but no answer. I had to find a taxi and look for a new hotel."

"The rooms were clean and comfortable, very basic… which is fine because you’re on vacation to see the place around. Speaking of which the location of this hotel is perfect walking distance to most places people come to Cuenca to see. The neighborhood felt safe and walkable (especially compared to Quito). The staff were all very friendly, accommodating, helpful and all spoke at least some amount of English. "

"This property is definitely a 5 star. Staff is very pleasant and helpful, the hotel is outstanding, very comfortable room, quiet, clean and in an excellent location. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will be staying there again when I travel to Cuenca! Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay very pleasant!"
