"O prédio é mt bonito! No início levei um susto qdo disseram q eles ñ trabalhavam com o Hoteis.com há 3 anos! Mas, depois, localizaram minha reserva. Fora este susto, o atendimento foi mt bom. Alguns detalhes precisam ser melhorados, principalmente, no banheiro: Vazamento de água no box para o restante do banheiro; a localização do papel higiênico (molha); a torneira da pia estava solta e tb a falta de uma saboneteira (infelizmente, comum no Peru e Equador)."

"The advantage was that the hotel is within walking distance of the main bus terminal and close to a tram stop. The shower also had amply supply of hot water. But the staff could use with better training in customer service. You should not have to wait several minutes when you arrive at 5:30 pm for someone to open up the door to check you in. The staff also had trouble finding my reservation once I did check in. "
