"Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to be pleasant and helpful. We had an excellent room which we had upgraded when offered to bid for it. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed the activity of the harbour. Access to the hospitality lounge made life easier for breakfast and drinks and canapes later in the day. Car parking was taken care of by valet parking. An easy hotel to stay in. There was nothing we disliked."

"the tv kept on losing the signal after a few hours..and for 2 night the fire alarm kept setting itself off..no reason for it..that was early hours of the morning..apart from that a good stay..would i stay again..YES"

"Great place to stay especially if you have small children! So much for them to do. Rooms were clean and restaurant was great! They took us in late at night after being ripped off by another hotel- 24 hr service there! We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it! Highly recommend!"

"The staff were an absolute pleasure. They were friendly, helpful and prompt with all of our needs. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was excellent. Located about a 15 minute walk from the centre of town (Esplanade) did not pose any problems either."
