원활한 체크인 필요.
체크인을 오후6시 즈음 했는데도 방청소중으로 많은 분들이 대기중인 것에 이해가 안가고 청소완료 방상태가 모텔의 대실 후 청소상태(침대 정리, 긴머리카락들 등) 같음에 말문이 막힘. 그외 직원서비스, 집기, 물품 제공 등은 좋았음.
