"This property has a very nice pool area for children with slides and a lazy river. The day we went it was a little chilly and they ran out of towels! The hotel itself is a little tired and needs and update. Dinner options are either outside or the lobby. I thought the breakfast was quite nice in a separate room in the back of the hotel. Staff is very nice, but the lobby servers lacked that extra service expected at the Ritz Carlton. "

"I had asked for the quietest area of the hotel possible. The hotel did not seem fully booked as the parking lot was quite empty. The room I was given was literally one room away from the check-in lobby."

"Checking in via Zoom Court (video conference) was different. Nobody on property except housekeeping that are also managed via Zoom Court. They may need a better screen. I told the zoom court guy that I had no soap or shampoo in my room at 5 am. Housekeeping was there in 10 minutes to fill some pump soap boxes. I really only wanted a bar of soap. I enjoyed the stay! Love Dolly's next door for breakfast! Waffle House for New Years Day close by sealed the deal...I will be back!"

"Excellent location, great views from 15th floor. However, initial reception was not the best. I requested early check-in and was completely dismissed. Customer service and a warm reception could be greatly improved. I saw other guests able to check in earlier and reception varied by staff member."

"My daughter had her laundry pulled out of the washer because one man (guest) went to the desk and insisted he needed to do his wash because he had to catch a flight. Big LIE. He was there the next morning working out in the gym. That's just not right. Also there was a shortage of blankets and towels. Elevator was never cleaned all week. "
