The property is clean, the room are wonderful and the view from my room was wonderful , over looking the lake, I enjoyed my stay each time I am there, it is close to the bakery that has fresh croissant and coffee. There is a restaurant/ bar for small meals and it has a fancy resturant as well. Easy to reach anywhere you want in Bonita springs and Nepals.

The hallways leading your room smelled like a nursing home is best way to put it. Smell like dirty diapers. The hotel room was outdated, not clean. Only two towels and when housekeeping came through u got only one for two people. The lobby was very pretty it was all looks. Ask for a late check out and had to call in the morning to see if u could do it everything was call tomorrow and ask. Just not great. Atmosphere was not great

The property is beautiful. It sits on a well cared for lake, with an outdoor pool and hottub next to a great casual restaurant. You can have a view from your room of all of the amenities. I spent a week visiting my Dad and staying at the Trianon. It was a great visit.

Was conveniently located around the areas we needed to travel. When we did not feel like driving, there were plenty of places within the property to walk to and eat. There was live music, activities and shopping just steps away!
