"The only thing that stops me giving 10/10 was due to an issue with the lifts. There was only one lift in the whole hotel working. Which made getting to the room a little bit difficult. Other than that everything else was outstanding. Room upgrade for free was very welcoming. Room was very clean. Spacious, comfortable. Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. You name it they had it. Everything cooked to perfection. 2nd time I’ve stayed here and all ready booked for my 3rd. Great location. "

"Lovely hotel in a good location to Central London and my destination (Royal Albert Hall). The gym was a bonus, the bar was clean and well presented and the breakfast I had was ample and well cooked."
