"I was charged twice at different amounts and got the invoice to offset the wrong one via email. "Great location. Easy to access from the Lyon train station. Staff are very friendly. The room was very clean and quiet (but remember, rooms in Europe are smaller than hotel rooms in North America). I would definitely stay again."
