"This is a wonderful place for a dream vacation. Unfortunately, we messed up our dinner choices for New Years and a few other nights. "The hotel is lovely & check-in was very smooth. We did not realise, however, the hotel was closing on the Sunday & although we can appreciate staff looking forward to their holidays, service was quite lax (not unpleasant, just staff were mainly absent, something unexpected from a 5 Star hotel, where in every other area, they excelled) - this was both in the bar, in the restaurant; breakfast service, however, was excellent I do believe if we had known the hotel was closing, we would have changed...

"The hotel is well located. 20 min walking distance to old town. 10 min to various restaurants at the beach. A Michelin recommended good restaurant on site. The staff is friendly, especially Enrique at the front desk. The hotel room is clean but the bathroom is small, furniture and decor could be upgraded or renewed. "

"The hotel is in a great location between Puerto Banus and San Pedro right at the beach. We were staying jn a suite which although clean with great space was a bit tired in places abd definitely needed a rewire, sockets not working or coming out wall. The bed was really hard and very uncomfortable fir me personally. The staff were very attentive and the food was ok. "
