"Was a great stay. We had booked 2 “family” rooms that could hold 3-4 people as there were 7 of us. Something happened and they only had rooms that could hold 2 people. Since there were 7 of us, they gave us 4 rooms and free breakfast as a consolation. Very nice staff. "

"The property was fit for purpose. We used it just to have a place to sleep and visit Freiburg and surroundings. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was very small for 2 people and their luggage (2 had fairly sizeable suitcases, since we were spending 3 weeks in Europe)."

We texted to have it cleaned, but needed to wait nearly 2 days before the handyman could come because the manager “lost his bag of keys” (that was not a problem. Stuff happens).
