One of the best InterCity Hotels! The rooms are much more spacious than in some of the newer InterCity Hotels. This hotel looks just as up to date as the first time I stayed there 30 years ago.

This was in a great location. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only conplaint I have is how tall the shower is from the floor and there is no railing to hold onto to be able to get in and out of the shower. I am not sure if they have other rooms with lower showers, but if you have a hard time getting in and out of the shower please let them know to see if they can accomadate you.

Great location for a short stay. Cleanliness was irreproachable, linens and bathroom in particular. Very friendly staff, who responded quickly to our request for extra pillows.

Great convenient location for travellers

First time there, overall a very positive experience. Earlier checkin was possible which was very helpful too. The only slightly negative about this is the location next to sometimes busy traffic, but that is nothing that the hotel can change obviously.

Fantastic and very friendly staff. Helped me with parking, AC, invoice problems. Sadly the room was dirty (Holey bed sheets, there was dried snot on a blanket, and the trash bins hadn’t been emptied)

Clean, competent staff, quiet, in city center

The hotel is close to the train station, which is convenient. Everyone at the hotel desk was helpful, cheerful, and competent. They made check-in and check-out easy and fun. I was thinking this would not be such a great place but it turned out to be one of favorite hotels on this trip because it was so close to the train station, very clean, and quiet and the staff was kind.
