The hotel is in walking distance to the train station which is very convenient if you arrive and/or leave by train. The hotel is close to the center of the city so you can explore right from your hotel. The receptionist and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

This hotel was a good value for the price. It was not fancy, but attractive and clean, and the staff was helpful. The location was convenient, although not scenic, but close to everything. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. I would stay there again.

Very centrally located to the old town of Freiburg, this cozy hotel offered friendly faces, a comfortable bed, and a delicious breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Staff, was fabulous,rooms clean nicely sized. Hairdryer was broken. No biggy. Great breakfast, easy parking. We where able to walk everywhere! The ONLY downside is, that you are near the university. Lots of students, lots of parties, delivery trucks starting delayed at 0500. Earplugs where provided. Also just close the windows and metal blinds. Great little place!

Good choice.
The hotel about 10 minutes from the train station so easy to walk there. It's in a good location near the GrosMinster church and daily farmer’s market. Breakfast is included. It is a simple spread but good and manned by attentive staff. Friendly desk staff. Room was comfy and quiet. Has a small shower but easy to get in and out of.

The staff was excellent. The breakfast was delicious with hot scrambled eggs and all the food you needed. The unlimited coffee was especially appreciated for those with jet lag.

Overall the place was great it’s family-owned. Everyone goes out of their way for you and they are very nice! The location is amazing right off the main street shopping is closed transport is close. The only improvement is may be a refrigerator in the room which I mentioned to the owner.
