"The room was super comfortable and well designed for the limited space available - also quiet, so we slept great. The only elevator broke down while we were there, and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs a few times to reach our 5th floor room. (We saw others who had to carry very heavy luggage down the stairs). The surrounding area feels quite safe but is a bit dark and dingy. The hotel no longer offers parking, and the nearby options are sketchy, so we don’t recommend it if you’re driving...

The location in FiDi was perfect, with quick access to the subway and surprisingly easy travel uptown. "The location was great. Service was good. There is a restaurant on the roof. I did not get a chance to see it due to a private event. I must say. if you are going to the airport use the Hotel car recommendation. An $85 ride as per the receptionist cost us a $120 to JFK. Lyft standard ride when we checked to compare prices was $72. No where on the receipt was a $72 instead it was a total of $120 "

"Next to the Jay st Metro STATION, so super easy access to Manhattan. Plus walking distance to Dumbo. Vending machines needed restocking. No overnight consessionary store. Overall, great location."
