"This is a small castle-style state that has had modern rooms added onto the back. The staff we interacted with were very good, but the property including restaurant, bar, and check in desk were very understaffed. The night we were there, there was a prom, wedding, hen-dos, etc. It was very rowdy and service took a long time anywhere we interacted with the hotel staff, so we did not notice some of the beautiful aspects of the grounds until the next morning when we were driving off property.
