Amenities were sparcely presented (IE 4 plates, knives, forks, etc), but were new, spotless. Reception was very helpful and professional."

"The location for us was perfect and so close to many different food options and shopping. The hotel was quiet. The only thing is some items in the unit could be updated the dryer did not work, and could do with an update of the linen - pillows and the bed was not the greatest Overall a good place to stay if you want close to the hub in Fortitude Valley and the City. Also the staff were lovely "

"After getting over the need to download an app, apply for the parking and use the phone app for entry (tricky for an old fart…), I found the room to be fine. Loved the rooftop pool and sauna. Woollies on site and enough eateries, so one there it is all pretty convenient."

"I had a problem with the apartment, which they handled really well. The second apartment had absolutely no issues. The place is really central very close walk to great restaurants and stores and of course to the cultural precinct. Easy parking and just everything that you need."

"Very nice location and having two bedrooms after 40 days with my brother, it was nice to spread out a little. I walked from the Queen Street Mall across the bridge, visited the Art Museum and then was almost at the hotel. The coffee shop in the building was an excellent surprise."
