"We went as a girls trip we loved it this property was truly the nyc experience our rooms view was amazing we stayed in 623 we had 4 beds a kitchen and a bathroom it was clean and cute loft style our room did get super hot but it was a. Easy fix to turn off the three room heaters and open the window. We could see the Macy’s and the Empire State Building from our room. "The stay was nice. The app made it super easy to check in and go throughout the day without carrying a key. Overall no complaints. We went i. early december so it was VERY overpriced but was the most reasonable for the area we looked. Could imagine a long term stay there would be quite nice and manageable. "

"The room was super comfortable and well designed for the limited space available - also quiet, so we slept great. The only elevator broke down while we were there, and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs a few times to reach our 5th floor room. (We saw others who had to carry very heavy luggage down the stairs). The surrounding area feels quite safe but is a bit dark and dingy. The hotel no longer offers parking, and the nearby options are sketchy, so we don’t recommend it if you’re driving...

"This was an amazing stay! Wish we would have found it sooner. I know I had one gripe- the towels could be cleaned better. But I appreciate bringing my own from the store. Also the neighbors hallway smelled like trash and cigarettes but other than that in my room I kept a spray of Lysol to clear the air. "

"This is my third trip staying at this facility. Always friendly staff and the location is perfect. Some rooms could do with a change out of the carpet but the hotel is always full so I expect with heavy traffic that will happen. I will stay here again once space is available. "

"Liked the location for easy walking to Penn Station, Times Square, Bryant Park and Hell’s Kitchen and many restaurant choices. POD Times Square was clean and elevators worked well which is absolutely necessary to reach the lobby and the rooms (ours was 21st floor). Staff was helpful and hold baggage which is another necessity but checkout is a decent time and not super early. Nice bar area with some breakfast breads and drinks available if needed. Ellen’s Stardust Diner is a 15 min walk and great show with fun food."

"Not only is the property outstanding, but the staff is simply BEYOND amazing! The Doorman George, who helped us with our bags, gave us a tour, took our pictures by the tree and helped us get a driver to the airport when our uber was stuck in traffic! Truly 10 out of 10 - can't wait to go back!"
