"Stunning views, no Take sways not even a fish ad chip shop, one convenients shop, hotel was friendly helpful nice staff ad head manager very accommodating, food good would recommend this hotel but not if your in a Wheelchair no lift sadly, but the manager was very helpful in that letting us park our mobility vehicle outside which helped. The staff ad manager helped make the stay very good. "

"Staff were lovely and the room had a couple of extra touches I wasn’t expecting like bottles of water. The only thing that I would say tainted the stay was that I couldn’t turn the heating off in the room and with the room being small and at the top of the building, it was so, so hot. Other than that, great."

"The location was brilliant. There was good equipment in the kitchen and the sitting room was comfortable with a great tv. Others have mentioned the water is a bit temperamental but it didn’t affect our stay. I think it could benefit from a deep clean. It wasn’t dirty but needed a bit more care. "

"Only stayed for one night but it was just over half the price of the local Premier inn and I was given an apartment not a room, pretty clean with a sea view and plenty to do there although I didn't have time to use any of the amenities. Free parking on site and a decent restaurant, Only thing is it's a pretty old hotel and looking a bit dated and tired but not really an issue. I will try to book this hotel again if I am in the area in the future."

Slightly tired and dated looking property, the lock on our door did not work but room a nice size and bed was comfortable, we had a view out to the sea which was nice. We did not eat in the hotel, we did use the bar which was small but fine. I would stay here again."

"I am often in Exmouth visiting my elderly mother and sometimes need a hotel for a couple of nights. Manor Hotel is now a great option for me, keenly priced, clean and comfortable. Staff excellent and got a room upgrade FOC. Having grown up in Exmouth I know the town well, the other two similar offerings here are the Imperial and Ashton Court. The Manor hotel is the better of these 3 in my option by some margin. I will be booking this one on future visits."
