Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful the hotel was full I’m not sure how but they managed to accommodate me after a few internal conversations. All the staff were so helpful as my Portuguese is minimal. Europe should take a lesson off crayon customer service "

Bathroom has excellent shower head and very efficient water drainage, which is appealing to those who don’t like to see standing soapy water covering your ankles.The restaurant offers a reasonable variety of dishes at good prices. Very good location near commerce and restaurants at walking distance and an Easy ride to the beach. Overall, the hotel is a great value!"

Alguns pontos que sugiro atenção: éramos três hóspedes e no nosso quarto só haviam duas toalhas. Também não havia papel higiênico no banheiro. Fomos prontamente atendidos ao solicitar os itens que faltavam. Mas acho que podem melhorar nesse ponto.
