"This is a gorgeous hotel BUT it is the middle of nowhere. Literally and there is no restaurant, there is breakfast but Cabs won't come out to pick you up to get food and nowhere will deliver. "Very lovely hidden gem. About 30 mins from Chiang Rai, but walking distance from Singha Park. The owners are very lovely and showed us around town. Breakfast was included and even prepared it early so we don’t miss an early bus and drove us to the bus station. Would highly recommend this beautiful property. "

"We were staying at the furthest 'hut' from the reception area and whilst every other room had a lovely dedicated area in which to lounge we had a rickety platform with no cushions. Pools look lovely but there was no sign of any filtration system in use and the tiles are lethal slippery. Lots to recommend, staff, free shuttle bus etc, so maybe unfair to concentrate on the negatives. Overall a decent place to stay for a few days"

"The hotel is surround by nature. They grow their own vegetable and fruits. All staff is very helpful, polite and friendly. The food is healthy and delicious. The highlight is their own coffee call Aso. We stay only one night and want to stay more night for the next visit."

"Clean, lovely and good location! Staff very kind and welcoming! Loved the stocked water and snacks available and complimentary daily! Good location and daily breakfast was very nice with good selection and options. (The only thing to note is the the bathroom entry and shower had small stepdown in most of our rooms, so not sure if ADA rooms are available.)"

"The Chom Chiang Rai Hotel opened just 12 months ago. Everything is new and sparkly with plenty of great on-site carparking. Staff are very accommodating to your requirements. On the negative side I have two comments......... 1. Location - The hotel is a short distance out of the centre of Chiang Rai so it will better suit travellers with a vehicle. I had my own vehicle so getting around wasn't a problem but most holiday makers will usually organise guided tours that will pick you up from the hotel. 2. Shower Screen - The bathroom has a 'walk-in' wet shower without a glass screen or curtain. Unfortunately the bathroom gets rather wet. Overall, I believe that you will enjoy your stay a Chom Chiang Rai Hotel and find it good value for money"

"This resort was spectacular. Checkin was a breeze. They had three excellent restaurants on property. A beautiful pool area with a lazy river feature and a fabulous spa. We wished we could’ve stayed longer. The people were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. "

"I had stayed here for 4 nights and it was ok, not bad but not great either. The bed is so uncomfortable it’s hard as a rock. The walls were super thin so people out in the hall way were walking us up every morning. But besides that the location was perfect, the staff was really nice and the breakfast was really good as well. Probably wouldn’t stay again but it worked for the short stay"
