But when asked, we were told they are not free but later sent two drinking water in glass bottles. "I stayed in a deluxe bungalow and sadly had major flight delays taking just over 24 hours later to arrive so only a 2 night instead of 3 night stay, this is a huge shame as the pool area and foyer area are gorgeous and the morning breakfasts very good! The staff were extremely welcoming and if im back in Chiang Rai I would definately rebook and highly recommend!"
