"The owner and her mother are extremely attentive and care about your comfort and enjoyment of the property. They offer daily fresh cooked breakfast to their guests and will assist in booking tours and motorbikes etc. We booked the family room which is spacious., it also has use of a kitchen and large dual sink dual toilet bathroom. Do be aware that there is no separate entrance for one of the adjoining suites and you will have to tolerate other guests coming and going through the kitchen area...

"Hostel location is good, very close to night market and Chiang Rai bus terminal 1. Unlimited hot and cold drinking water is provided, breakfast is basic and eggs are cooked when ordered. The lady owner was very kind and she stayed late for our late check-in time and provided us of what we requested. The reception girl was so helpful to book a tour for us. Overall we had an enjoyable stay at this hostel. "

"Nice big hotel next to the convention center, the vibe of the hotel is a bit low most spaces were empty but overall it was really good. We only stayed one night to go to white te olé and it was worth the visit"

"Nice room, good bed and shower. Not close to any taxis or tuk tuk.even the hotel was unable to call us a ride when we needed to be at the bus station at 7:15 am.we walked for miles before getting a ride. Almost missed our bus to chiang khong."

"Read all the reviews and picked Sann Boutique Hotel. The interior is very nice; however we check in late, the staff on evening shift was quite rude - no eye contact, felt like we were interrupting her Netflix. Finally got my room, somehow the slippers inside the plastic wrapped pack was dirty, reluctantly I had to ask the front desk for a new pair… and then NO HOT WATER!! Room232 had very terrible hot water system. Again, I had to ask for the frontdesk… and I noticed the towels had some...

Great small hotel

"A smaller hotel but with excellent comfort, great amenities and a fresh/recently renovated feel. Indoor pool is in an odd spot in the central atrium but it adds nicely to the European courtyard atmosphere. Excellent breakfast buffet, especially considering it is a small hotel."

"Nice hotel with good amenities, loved the pool and bar area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Stayed in a different hotel that was sketchy, so I was glad I moved to this hotel instead. Felt safe and taken care of. The food was delicious and at a good price. Will definitely come back. "
