Booked return shuttle at time of check in. Only comment would be shuttle at night took a longer time to come than on time table due to short staffing with contractor, but fee of $55 taxi was quotin to take a short distance seemed like a scam "

"I booked this due to the hotel's proximity to the airport and the availability of the hotel/airport shuttle service. The check-in process whilst easy, the staff were not overly friendly. I put this down as being late in the day. The food was fantastic, both in the restaurant and room-service. Unfortunately, the electronic concierge device didn't work, when we tried to arrange food the staff once again were less than helpful, and we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing them.
