"Nice big room with confortable king size bed, nice balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool. Bathroom is outdated, needs new shower sliding doors. No shampoo or body soap for the shower, instead a watered down hand soap of the same kind used for the sink. All your shower toiletries had to be put on the shower floor, need a shower basket. "The decor in the lobby was lovely. Staff were friendly efficient. Secure parking was great though with a large car, a bit of a challenge. Slightly hard to locate at first glance. Go past the main building & sharp turn right immediately down a narrow steep ramp. Liked the coffee machine in room. Only complaint no plugpoint next to bed to charge phone. Will definitely use again. "

"Liked desk staff ( Cathy ) location just off plaza Nueva and Main Streets just next to Albacin and cathedral. Loads of good restaurants, cafes, shopping and great access to the sights. a little noisy as the steer cleaners and restaurants and stores are re supplied in the early morning but not a major issue.v Comfortable room and bed. Very well cared for. Good elevators. Connection to internet was for some reason a little patchy. Hotel router always on but the outside connection to internet went on and off- may be a local city issue. "

"We were some of the only people there, it was off season for this location so parking and the pool were no problem but you have to drive in order to get to any of the sites or attractions. Staff was friendly and room was big with plenty of space for a large family. A/C worked well."
