"I must say that this hotel is definitely not a 5 star category. There is no air-conditioning in the lobby or the lifts. the staff were rude and not friendly at all. "We booked a Junior Suite for one night. The room was basic. The curtains were untidy. The plug in the bathroom sink did not fit. We were not made aware that the restaurant would not be open for dinner in the evening. On checkout at 10am reception was unattended, so we left our key on the desk. There was another resident waiting in Reception who seemed to have a problem and needed attention but had been waiting sometime. The hotel is very noisy and not at all restful. "

"Simple hotel on the edge of Orgiva. Recommend top floor rooms with a large terrace and a balcony to enjoy the view over the surrounding mountains.
