"First time I stay here and only chose this hotel because of three things: fantastic breakfast, gym and bike hire. The bike hire did not work at all as the hotel stopped it the day I arrived (unlucky) . The breakfast was indeed fantastic, and the gym was not too bad (does not qualify as a gym though, more like a fitness room) . "

"The front desk lady that checked us in was very nice. Limited parking out front, but it’s free and we got a spot. Rooms are nice, though a little dated. Slow internet, but you’re in the heart of the Black Forrest so it is what it is. Overall great location and friendly staff. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Easy short drive to the buses for the Christmas market too!"

The hotel's location in an industrial area means there's nothing within walking distance and it got really noisy in the morning. Unfortunately, the staff didn't do much to make us feel welcome. "The staff at Hotel Diana were wonderful and extremely helpful. The included breakfast was a lovely spread of a European continental breakfast with meats, cheeses, breads, cereals, and fruits. The staff kept it well stocked and clean throughout the breakfast service. They surrounding area of the hotel had a wonderful view - we enjoyed watching the sunset from the hotel the evenings that we were here. Would definitely recommend it to others and return for another stay! "
