"In Bilbao for a conference, three nights. This was a convenient historical centre location close to taxis, two supermarkets, good place for breakfast, recently refurbished, clean, room made up every day. No reception: street door, lift to first floor, and room door, all opened with a code."

"Magnifica la atencion. Las habitaciones confortables.Limmpieza muy buena. El entorno idílico. Pero en ningun momento se nos informó al hacer la reserva q las habitaciones no tenian baño privado. No sabiamos que teniamos que conpartir lavabo. Esto ha sido muy molesto. Ha hecho que niestra estancia no sea del todo que esparabamos. La verdad que al llegar fue una sorpresa no muy agradable. "Perfect small hotel in a wonderful location. I know there are some reviews stating people couldn't check in. We had no issues. We communicated once we landed in Spain our estimated ETA. Olats at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation around Bermeo and to San Juan. "Our room overlooked a noisy busy main road and there was a railway line behind the hotel. There was no air conditioning in our room. We were told the bar would not open until 8.30. We couldn't book a table in the restaurant because a coach party was booked in but if there was room they would try to fit us in. There were no alternatives within walking distance. The photos of the hotel are very misleading. I wouldn't be surprised if they had been photo-shopped!"

"This was a highly functional suite with 2 TV’s, European refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, dishes, cooktop, etc. the grocery store is<2 blocks away. Front desk is not staffed 7x24, but they ordered us a cab for non-staffed hours, and it arrived right on time. Very neat and clean. Trendy contemporary decor. We would go there again. There is dining nearby, but it is better about a 10 minute walk to the old city"

"Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc."
