"Good all round. We were provided with an upgrade on arrival. The room was slightly chilly at times as one of the radiators didn't seem to be working."

"I filtered by AC units on Expedia a d this property came up. It was disappointing that during these very hot days, there was no AC. The place felt dirty and no extra sheets or pillows provided. There was only a fitted sheet on beds with a comforter - no flat sheets and not sure how often the comforter/duvet covers were washed. Many of the fitted sheets had tiny holes in them. Just did not feel or look like a luxury rental, particularly since we paid close to $700 a night."

"Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice to have a sofa so you don’t have to sit on the bed. Great bathroom with first rate shower. Location is excellent, easily walkable to downtown and city park. Many restaurants within walking distance. "

"This is one of the best hotels in Interlaken West. Close to everything. Staff were great. Breakfast is not too bad."
