"The Peninsular Serviced Apartments location is perfect for a stay in South Perth. Walking distance to all that is on offer. The view from the front rooms is superb. We were given a surprise upgrade to room 1 front ground floor. Very thankful indeed. Only down side is being ground floor the cars do block some of the beautiful view. My hope is to secure a first floor room on our next visit. "

"Arrived very late, after reception had closed. Received late check in instructions which provided me no issues. Older property with ok amenities, older air conditioning. No ventilation in the bedroom, on the hot night that I stayed it would have helped to have a fan of aircon in the bedroom."

Apartment is fully equipped with what we need for a short stay and washing machine + dryer along with drying rack in the room itself. The management is thoughtful to provide laundry powder + dish washing liquid and sponge too since we can cook in the apartment. It is not easy for me in the first few hours trying to figure where the basic appliances located such as kettle and ironing equipment, but once you get used to the hotel’s system, it is all fine. Comfy hotel in the centre of Perth nightlife

"The hotel room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The bed was super comfy and we were given a room in the middle which was well insulated from the noise outside which made my stay super enjoyable. There is a nice decent pool on the 3rd floor however I could not use it on a weekend as it was booked for an event. There is also a small gym and looks well equipped although I didn't have the chance to use it. The breakfast was excellent serving a wide variety of delicious continental food selection. I would definitely recommend to include breakfast in your booking. This hotel is also located right in the heart of the nightlife district in Northbridge. Plenty of restaurants and pubs to choose from. China town is nearby and there is also a 24/7 chinese restaurant just opposite from the hotel. As northbridge is in the nightlife/red light district of Perth city it may not be suitable for families who prefer a quieter area in the city. Overall we had a pleasant stay in this hotel and without hesitation choose this hotel if we plan of staying in Perth city again. "
