This hotel is about an hour out of Berlin but the bus and S Bahn connections are very good. The hotel is clean the staff pleasant to deal with. The breakfast is wonderful and we also enjoyed an evening meal . We didn’t have a chance to explore the surrounding area as it rained a bit while we were there.

Great location outside the big city, no noise. The room was of good size. It was clean and nice. The breakfast was good. A very nice facility. No fridge or microwave but we found that common for traveling in Europe.

Établissement agréable, la chambre est spacieuse, la literie confortable, les sanitaires en très bon état. Un petit balcon est à disposition. Le petit-déjeuner est varié . Nous pouvons le prendre en terrasse extérieure lorsqu'il fait beau face au lac. Il n'y a malheureusement pas de plage pour un accès direct à la baignade depuis l'hôtel. La présence d'un petit frigo dans la chambre pourrait être un plus. Extrêmement calme, notre séjour a été très agréable.

Specielt beliggende hotel.
Udvendig et slidt hotel, under renovering. Værelset var super, kone synes madrassen var hård, jeg synes den var o.k. Måske kunne hotellet lyddæmpes mellem værelserne, da det var nemt at høre naboens normale snak. Beliggenheden meget speciel, og derfor valgte vi hotellet. Restaurantens aftens buffet kunne være mere spændende. Morgenbuffeten o.k.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel wird durch mich als gut eingeschätzt. Es war ruhig und das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage am See. Das Frühstück ist als sehr gut einzuschätzen. Sehr negativ ist die Sauberkeit des Balkons zu bewerten. Die Fensterrahmen aber auch die Wände des Balkon waren stark verschmutzt, Spinnenweben hängen in den Ecken. Die Gardine im Inneren war ebenfalls befleckt. Ich habe daraufhin ein anderes Zimmer gefordert und auch erhalten. Auch in diesem Zimmer war der Balkon nicht in einem sauberen Zustand. Es ging aber noch. Ich habe den Balkon fotografiert.

Direkt am See. Ruhig. Reichlich und leckeres Frühstück auf einer schönen Terrasse, nettes Personal. Einrichtung zum Teil etwas antiquiert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wieder kommen.

Die Unterkunft an sich hat eine gute Einrichtung. Wenn man wert auf eine Grundsauberkeit legt, dann ist man dort falsch. Die Dusche war verstopft (der Deckel ist davongeschwommen), so dass kein Wasser abfließen konnte. Der komplette Fußboden im Zimmer ist fleckig und wurde nicht gewischt. Der Mülleimer im Bad wurde nicht vom vorherigen Gast geleert, der Überlaufschutz im Waschbecken ist verkeimt und voller Schmutz, der Heizkörper unter dem Waschbecken hat noch keinen Putzlappen gesehen und die Klobrille war die vergilbteste, die wir je gesehen haben. Die Kopfkissen waren ebenfalls vergilbt und unter dem Fernseher undefinierbare Flecken an der Holzverkleidung. Bei dem teuren Preis, kann man erwarten, dass die Sachen wöchentlich bzw. manches monatlich gereinigt wird. Man kann in diversen Bewertungen auf Google lesen, dass Meldungen wie dieses bereits vor Monaten erstellt wurden und das Hotel antwortet mit dem Vermerk, dass es ausgewertet und verbessert wird. Dies ist nicht der Fall und es ist eine Frechheit! Das Frühstück und die Aussicht von der Terrasse waren die einzigen Annehmlichkeiten während des Aufenthaltes.

In meinem Leben hab ich sowas noch nie erlebt. Der ganze Aufenthalt war wie ein Fiebertraum. Ankommen: 2 Stunden vor eigentlichen Check-In, wollten eigentlich nur fragen, ob wir unsere Koffer schon mal abstellen könnten und die Rezeptionistin sagte:“Sie haben Glück, Ihr Zimmer ist schon fertig.“ Das Zimmer war nicht fertig. Okay nochmal runter und ein neues Zimmer erhalten. In der Dusche, an der weißen Wand, ein Riesen schwarzes Haarkneul hängen. In der Toilette schwimmte noch der Kot von den vorherigen Gästen. Abgesehen davon, das die Rezeption total verstaubt war, der Boden voller Dreck und der Aufzug sich alles andere als sicher angefühlt hatte, sowie der Flur und die Fenster…. Wir wollten dort nicht mehr übernachten und baten um Rückerstattung. Nach langer Diskussion mit der Dame und Expedia (welche auch keine Hilfe gaben!!!) versprach man uns als Entschädigung die Suite. Die wir dann nicht einmal erhalten haben!!! Dazu gabs den netten Spruch:“ Schönen Gruß vom Chef, aber Check-In wäre auch eigentlich erst 2 Stunden später gewesen.“ Freitag angekommen, vor unserer Zimmertür alles voll gekrümelt. Sonntag bei Abfahrt lagen diese immer noch. Unglaublich.. In jeder Jugendherberge für 30€ die Nacht erhalte ich saubere, gepflegtere Zimmer UND frische Brötchen und keine gut&günstig Aufbackbrötchen! Achso, als Entschädigung gab es auch ein Getränk bei der Bar: Ich bekam Schweppes ohne Kohlensäure, weiß nur Gott wie lange das wahrscheinlich schon da stand. Nicht buchen!!!!!!!

Zimmernachbar war sehr laut. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Sehr schöne Umgebung, toller Biergarten.Sanitäreinrichtichtung bräuchte mal eine Überholung.Die Zimmer waren sauber. Für Gehbehinderte wäre das Wochenende eine Katastrophe gewesen.Fahrstuhl teilweise defekt.
