"It was late, i was tired & hungry when i arrived, and was offered $11 credit to pick out snacks & drinks from their shop. Breakfast had large variety of food & drinks. Very close to a walking path, right along bay. Free parking is a o k us. Airport is close& easy access "

"It was perfect. Perfect location, close to everything. Well lit, staff was very responsive. Super easy and fast check-in/out. Smooth transaction. Bed was very comfortable. I slept like a baby. My room was #707. Didn’t hear a thing throughout the night. The only think I would “improve” if would be the toilet l(it was kind of low) lol (I am 6’2 tall) and I felt like I was doing squats lol. Besides that, 100/100. I will stay here again next time I am in SFO."

"we stayed at the luma for a concert at the chase center. we paid a little over $500 for two nights and it was well worth it! this hotel is very clean, has a lot of amenities, and extremely friendly and helpful employees! it felt like we were royalty. the rooms are definitely on the smaller side but are very modern with lots of storage space and outlets! we were on the 16th floor and had an amazing view of the bay. the rooms do not have a microwave but the employees in the lobby were so kind and...
