"Firstly, there is no front desk at this property. Instead, a man (whose English could use improvement) meets you to explain how to use the keys for entering your room and exiting the building. It’s crucial to fully understand how to exit the building, especially if you’re leaving early in the morning. When I checked out early the next day, I found the front door locked, contrary to what had been explained, which left me in a state of panic."

"Read the description well and all the reviews. As a combination student housing and other mixed-use facility, you may not be used to the arrangement. I personally found it to be perfect for my needs. It was confortable, clean, and had very friendly staff. "The hotel building is a old Italian building that has been renovated too a high standard with a modern bathrooms, but also has been decorated to in a way that reflects its history. Next door to delicious focaccia/pizza, many restaurants, caffè, gelato, shopping, sites, etc. 10min. Uber from Porta Susa. "The hotel is conveniently located within 5 minutes walking distance from the Juventus Allianz stadium, which includes the J store and the museum, and a shopping mall with lots of food options. The hotel was clean and the room was cleaned and the towels replaced everyday. The crew was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic but enough to get me going in the morning. "
