"The hotel was great for what we wanted The food was fantastic to lots of options We really thought the hotel room was lovely - But could do with some soft close hinges on the doors as alot of people bang them shut every morning and evening waking everyone up. The pools are great - the loungers could do with cleaning as they look dirty some of them. The drink prices are fantastic to we were half board. I also noticed some staff don't always understand what is asked for such as one morning...

"This was for my wife's birthday and the room was excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful. The only negative was the condition of the sofa. I was not going to share it here, but the fact that they were aware when I mentioned it to them, made me wonder why wasn't it replaced. "

"This hotel is in an excellent position for a walk along the promenade or into the old town in Benidorm. The rooms are clean and spacious with good amenities in the bathrooms and a bottle of complimentary water in the room. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Something to note, the coach drop off is about 50yds down the road at the bus stop."
