"The Reception staff when we arrived were really welcoming and helpful. We had the penthouse superior room with city view ,adequate bedroom and bathroom,clean ,had fridge in room ,free safe ,free internet,provided with kettle &mugs when requested,extra pillows arrived within 5mins ,the balcony is Massive ,with two loungers ,2 chairs &a small table ( unfortunately no sun on balcony at this time of year) .will definitely be booking again ,on our next Benidorm holiday ."

"Everywhere is very clean, apartment bit dated but has everything you would expect for the money, the balcony is massive and on the 14th floor you have a bit of seaview, only real complaint is how uncomfy the bed was tried the pull out as well all very well used so springs in your back apart from that would stay again of they promise to give me a better mattress "

"For the money the facilities are ideal, we had two bathrooms and two bedrooms plus plenty of space. Not the most luxurious but it didn’t cost the earth. If you want somewhere clean to stay, this is ideal a little bit out of the way but there are free transfers 50m down the road that run regularly."

"Its basic but clean. Can be noisy at night due to the stag and hen type groups. Quite a few rules to follow and check in can be a little slow if in a large group. Staff checked the room when checking out and returned the damage deposit straight away. "

"This property was as beautiful in real life as in the pictures. As soon as you step inside you’re met with a very pleasant aroma. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The decor is really modern and stylish. The apartment itself was stunning. Great facilites, beautifully designed with a window that you could see to the bedroom from the living room.
