"Good overal, we did not get cleaning service 2 days. Of which 1 was adviseer die to the storm, but the second was not. We also were informed by the recepción that water was only included in the first night…. We stayed 5 nights! A bit strange, especially in a place where tap water is not used to drink and you get a coffee machine, which is totally unusable without clean water. "

"Pluses: The hotel was very good overall and I would stay there again. There were excellent amenities nearby and it was very easy to get around. The rooms were very clean. Minuses: The shower leaked a lot in the first room which was a nuisance, but we were very happy with the second room. I gave less stars for the “staff & service” rating solely because the staff member who did our check-in was rather rude and abrupt in manner. Surely, if you are in a customer-facing role, you ought to keep things such as basic politeness in check. Other than that, the staff and service were fine."
